Ordered my sign in early November 2023. Schematic drawing was quickly sent for my approval and a few days later I received shipping confirmation. Shipping took just over a month and while the unit was packaged for ultimate cushioning one of the neon tubes was broken. A couple of pictures by email and a new tube was on its way! Shipping timeframe was about the same and I replaced the tube myself quickly and easily. Very happy with the sign and the service. I highly recommend!
I have a little worried before buying it. I bought a litte to check quality, after i received the small one, i can not belived it, that is wow so great, then i bought this big neon, it arrives to me with good conditions, all as descriptions at site.
